30-day guarantee

Every Kitora kit comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the kit is not useful for your work, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund the full amount you paid. You do not need to give a reason.

How to request a refund

Write to agustinnqueirolo@gmail.com with the email address you used to buy and, if you have it, your order number. We reply within 2 business days.

How the refund is paid

Payments are processed by Whop, our payment provider. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, the money may take 5 to 10 business days to appear.

After 30 days

After 30 days from the purchase date, sales are final. If you have a problem with a file (for example, a download that does not open), write to us at any time and we will help.
