Who we are

Kitora creates and sells digital, printable resources for professionals. Contact: agustinnqueirolo@gmail.com. Kitora is operated from Argentina.

What you buy

Each product is a digital file (usually PDF) described on its sales page. There are no physical shipments and no subscriptions: you pay once and keep access to the files.

Payment and taxes

Payments are processed by Whop, which acts as the merchant of record and handles applicable sales taxes and VAT. The final price, including taxes where applicable, is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery

After payment you receive access and a download link at the email address you provided. If you do not receive it within 24 hours, check your spam folder and then write to us.

Licence

Your purchase gives you a personal licence to use the materials in your own professional work, including printing copies for the people you work with in your sessions. You may not resell, share or publish the files, or distribute them to other professionals.

Professional use

Our resources support your professional work; they do not replace your own judgement, training or professional standards. You are responsible for choosing and adapting each activity to the people you work with.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one published on the date of your purchase.
